Bewick Swans

Good news for all you winter weather watchers, Bewick swans having flown 2000 miles from the arctic feeding grounds were seen landing at Slimbridge 3 weeks later than normal, suggesting the winter will be warmer than average. Bewick swans arriving later than normal suggests the arctic winter temperatures are above normal also the Met office 3 month prediction suggests there is a 70 percent chance of a warmer winter GREAT NEWS, for all those who like me prefer a mild winter! ( Of course not such good news for the arctic, but that is another issue altogether)
