New production systems 1963-part two

I arrived the following morning to take out the previous days production, I was very excited and could not wait to get started.  The building was extremely warm, the concrete paving was very hard to the touch and looking fantastic in the moulds. I started to take the first paving slab out of the metal mould and realised I had a very serious problem, the concrete paving slab would not drop from the mould, the only solution was to drill all 100 paving from their moulds.  I was absolutely devastated all I could see was a very large pile of broken paving. 55 years later I can still remember the feeling of utter desolation and thinking what on earth do I do now.
