Corona Virus Delivery Amendments

During the latest Corona Virus outbreak, we expect there may be minor delays with dispatch and carriage, and we would be grateful for your cooperation and understanding. As well as staff operating from home again,  and order-picking staff at our distribution centre continuing to exercise social distancing, our haulage contractors and pallet carriers will again have to alter the way they plan and schedule deliveries because of staff shortages, and social distancing restrictions. We are still offering a first rate service, and you should feel confident that your order will arrive within the delivery window quoted.

Delivery Charges

Delivery is free on orders over £350.00*, and we deliver to most postcodes in the mainland UK. A flat charge of £48.00* will apply for orders that are less than £350.00 (excluding the delivery cost).

*Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, and the Channel Islands, and postcode areas in Scotland beginning with AB, DD, FK, IV, KW, & PH may be subject to a small additional delivery surcharge, and may take a few days longer to deliver. We will contact you once we receive your order to take the additional payment, or you are welcome to contact us on 01978 710685 if this applies to you, before placing your order, and we will quote you

Delivery Times

Delivery to all areas will normally be made within 7-14 days**. The times of delivery are between 7.30 am and 6.00 pm. Please be assured that we will contact you to agree a best day for delivery and where possible an am or pm delivery, nothing will arrive unexpectedly until we have made contact with you.

**These delivery times are quoted for items in stock. Where the item is not in stock, we will make contact with you to agree a date of delivery, or we will process a full refund if you do not wish to wait.

Delivery Arrangements

Unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in advance all deliveries will be made to the kerbside or the near roadside end of the driveway. The surface for unloading needs to be flat and be suitable for the use of a pallet truck carrying up to 1200kg of weight. Please advise us of any constraints which may restrict access to your address for our delivery vehicles.

“Click & Collect”

Westminster Garden Stone offer a “Click & Collect” service. Simply select the products that you wish to order, and at the checkout select the “Click & Collect” option. Any delivery charge is then waived. Goods are picked and made ready for your collection within 24-48 hours, between Monday and Friday 8.00am – 4.00pm, or on Saturday mornings between 9.00am and 11.00am.

Check The Goods

Please check the goods delivered or collected, and report any damages to us within 48 hours. Due to the nature of the product, breakages can occur from time to time. Prompt action including photographs will help to ensure you receive a full refund for the damaged goods or replacements sent free of charge.

Times and Dates

Although we will always try our best to deliver on the agreed date, there are occasions, usually outside of our control, when the delivery is not made, or may be delivered late. We cannot be held responsible for any resultant costs that you may incur. Please be aware of this particularly when arranging for your landscaper or building contractor to start before you have received and checked the goods delivered.


Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Orders may be cancelled at any time for any reason before the delivery has been dispatched, and in this case a full refund will be made.  ***Orders maybe cancelled within 30 days after the delivery.  The products must be unused and in the original packaging.  The refund will be made less any re-stocking and collection charges.

***In the case of ‘Click & Collect,’ no such cancellation rights exist.
